As a loyal Buckeye, we reminisced about The Ohio State University and about Woody Hayes and his lessons of football. All of us have childhood memories. I was 13 years old when I first met Woody shortly after my dad, Novice G. Fawcett, was named the eighth president of The Ohio State University. I loved football and Woody allowed me to attend practices. Woody was gracious and kind and his relationship with our family cemented my passion for this sport.
